Volunteer Job Descriptions & Qualifications

Receptionist:
 - Greet customers, explain Joblink Center services and procedures
 - Answer phones, direct calls and take messages
 - Schedule appointments and provide information about required documents
 

Customer Service Represtative:
- Assist customers with job service registration, job search information and resources
 - Operate computer terminal to process unemployment claims, customer requests and related information
 - Maintain records of customer services and transactions


Qualifications:
 - Have a heart for service and community
 - Age 18 or older
 - No Criminal History


Volunteer Hours:
 - Volunteer have the opportunity to choose volunteer shifts from any of our Joblink Center locations
 - Volunteer shifts/hours/days vary by
Joblink Center
 - Volunteers can volunteer as often or as little are they like, one morning or afternoon per week to 4 days per week
